* Do you process wheels for private individuals or do I have to go through a dealer?

Chrome Exchange does not process wheels for individuals.  However, if you contact us, we will be glad to put you in contact with a dealer in your area.

* Are tire pressure sensors included with the wheels?

TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitor System) sensors are not included. You can reuse your existing sensors.

* What type of finish do you offer?

* What is the best way to clean my wheels?

No special cleaners are required to wash your wheels. For cleaning on a regular basis, we recommend the use of a soft sponge, water and either a mild dish soap or an automotive soap that is safe for painted finishes. Dry the wheels with a soft cloth. Always allow wheels to cool before cleaning. Never spray cold water on extremely hot wheels. DO NOT use abrasive cleaners, acid based chrome or wire wheel cleaners, steel wool or bristly brushes.
